UI Designer (Hybrid Budapest)

Your Responsibilities

• Push yourself each day to understand new technologies, our clients’ needs, and the products we're working on

• Join innovative discussions and suggest ideas to solve difficult challenges
• Be empathetic with your teammates and communicate clearly
• Create mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate your design in Figma and maintain UI library
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

What We are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent affinity with branding and a great sense of aesthetics and composition
• Experience creating prototypes, wireframes, and UI for complex websites and applications.
• Mastery of Figma
• Fluent English knowledge
• Understand the business needs and turn into intuitive and easy to use UI solutions
• Experience with complex Design Systems
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

We have an office in the 12. district in Budapest, in the Alkotás Point office building. We have implemented a hybrid work schedule, where we have 2 days of mandatory office presence when we focus on specific projects and 3 days of optional home office per week.
