Your Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Design

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

  • Manual Testing

    • Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.
    • Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues not covered by test cases.

  • Automation Testing

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
    • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing.
    • Review and optimize existing automation scripts for performance and reliability.

What We are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
  • Proven experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
We have offices both in Budapest and New York, but we primarily serve clients from Budapest. We have a hybrid office – home office work schedule, with only 2 days of mandatory office presence, and 3 days of (optional) home office.
